Sprout Education was founded by three academics and practitioners who have built their careers in higher education - teaching, researching, and advocating for students.
We have worked within different institutions and roles across the UK and know what it takes to make lasting change.
We don't offer frameworks that sound good in a workshop but dissolve under scrutiny. Everything we do is grounded in research, policy, and practice - our own and the wider field.
Belonging is hard to measure and harder to mandate. We don't pretend otherwise. We help institutions understand what is actually happening for their students, and work from there.
Quick wins are fine. But we are more interesting in helping institutions build capacity to keep improving - long after we've finished working with them.
